The Punjab Contributory Provident Fund (CP Fund) Rules, 1978. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 and in supersession of the rules contained in Chapter XIV of Civil Services Rules (Punjab) Vol-II the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, These rules may be called the Punjab Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1978.
