In continuation of Contract Appointment Policy 2004 bearing No. DS(O&M)5-3/2004, dated 29.12.2004 issued by Services & General , Administration Department (O&M) Wing, Chief Minister is pleased to make the following
amendments, with immediate effect:
AMENDMENTS
In the ‘Contract Appointment Policy’,
In para 3:
(a) in sub-para V), under heading ‘APPOINTMENT ON REGULAR
BASIS’, in clause (iii), for the word “Government”, the words “Chief
Minister” shall be substituted;
(b) in sub-para VI), under heading ‘APPOINTMENT ON CONTRACT
BASIS’, in clause (i), for the word “Government”, the words “Chief
Minister” shall be substituted; and.
(c) in sub-para VIII), under heading ‘APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE
ON MERIT’, in clause (vi), for the word “Government”, the words “Chief Minister” shall be substituted.
